Label text:Originally owned by Captain Andrews. Used and eventually acquired by donor’s father, Arthur Hughes, to cut Captain Andrews’ lawn and other Oakville lawns in the 1920s. Donor also used it when he was 12 years old to cut lawns. Donor and his father were both born in Oakville. Arthur Hughes was a WWI Veteran, gased at Vimy Ridge.
