DescriptionPitcher with traditional Imari pattern; handle and rim gold; neck of pitcher has blue panels with white in between; on the white there is gold diagonal striping; the blue panels alternate between a white and pink flower with a gold rim, and two white diamond with striping above, below and in-between them; on the sides of the body of the pitcher is a dark blue area with three white and pink flowers and a gold swirl design; on the front and back of the pitcher are three flowers on a background of white with gold and pink geometric lines; the flowers are primary colour blue and gold with some pink petals; on the bottom of the pitcher is a marker's mark, the mark is of a crown about intertwining 'D's, above the crown reads 'ROYAL CROWN DERBY'; along the proper left side of the mark says 'ENGLAND'; below the mark is a triangle with a line through the bottom, below which is the number '2451'; next to the triangle is a head written 'Y' and below the numbers is a handwritten 'f'.
