DescriptionNaval officer's uniform; navy blue; a) jacket: double breasted; 8 gold-tone buttons with an anchor, crown and "CANADA" on them; 1 wide, 1 narrow & 1 wide stripe (or rings) with circle at each wrist; 2 waist and 1 breast pocket on outside; badge, 1 at each shoulder, reads "CANADA"; wide lapels; 4 small badges (2 each row) sewn at left breast; 1 button on inside; pocket on inside with badge under it which reads: "TIP TOP CLOTHES BY TIP TOP TAILORS"; b) Pants: 4 deep pockets; 6 buttons on inside waist; 7 belt loops; very baggy; tag on inside with date and "MR R.P. ABBOTT".
