Label text:Édouard Pierre Blin (1877-1946) born in Chartres, French medallist and sculptor. Édouard Pierre Blin was a pupil of Jules Chaplain (1839-1909), Victor Peter (1840-1918), Louis-Alexandre Bottée (1852-1940) and Hector Lemaire (1846-1933). He is a member of the Society of French Artists. At the Salon des Artistes Français , he obtained an honorable mention in 1908, a bronze medal in 1913, a silver medal in 1921 and a gold medal in 1933. He obtained a gold medal at the Specialized Exhibition of 1937 .
